Budget Dumpster - Dumpster Rental
6/12/2018 - BUDGET DUMPSTER RENTAL…Stay away from this company (?), it’s all about the money! AND, DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THEM they save it and use it for their own purposes!
Wow, did they have me fooled!! I even complimented the CSR who scheduled my initial order for drop-off. However, after only 7 days, the dumpster was ready for pickup. My calls and messages were ignored. I contacted the number listed on the dumpster several times to which that vendor (Spartan – who acted immediately) then contacted the distributor, (Budget Rental) also several times, with no response.
AFTER, no response and 26 additional days later, they (BR) finally responded, however, not before charging 26 additional days to my credit card and an additional $230.00 more money! I paid the $369.00 up front (AS they demand,) and they keep your credit card number on file. So, with access to my credit card, they charged another $230.00; that would be a total of $599.00 for a seven (7) day dumpster rental!!
– BUDGET RENTAL? I would say “Budget Rental” is more expensive (and deceptive) than any dumpster service out there! ~
